the front desk personnel was friendly. the location was very convenient. it was close to the tram station, so travel was easy. the breakfast buffet included various foods. housekeeping was detailed, our room was always clean. i liked the club lounge a lot. it gave good privacy, a place i needed after long days.

i found some dust. the room decor seemed a little dated, not quite matching expectations.

Mr. Erol Hizar at the front desk was AMAZING. He helped me after my tiring flight. The hotel HAS historic charm, SO cool. Alaattin Al Tan arranged my airport rides, it was SO convenient.

The room only had limited power outlets. It was a small thing.

the reception staff didn't seem very happy when i asked about breakfast, and i felt her smile was a bit rude. i knew it wasn't included, but i wanted to know how much it cost. she sarcastically said 'ok' after i declined, it felt kinda off. also, my room only had power outlets on one side of the bed so charging my phone was a hassle and there was noise in the morning, it lasted for hours.
